This year's medal-winning gardens have been announced by the RHS at the Chelsea Flower Show

The medals for this year's RHS Chelsea Flower Show gardens have been announced, including five gold medals, five silver gilt medals and two silver medals in the Show Gardens category and three gold medals, three silver gilt and one silver medal in the Sanctuary Gardens category.

The Chelsea Flower Show opened its doors to the public today, just as the medals were awarded to the gardens and designers.
