When it comes to Christmas Day tipples, it’s hard to please everybody. You may have relatives that are pregnant, vegan, gluten-free or are looking to cut down on their alcohol consumption. It is estimated that a third of young adults are opting for an alcohol-free lifestyle in 2024, so your Gen Z relatives may pass on the Baileys. So what can you do as a host, when your usual aperitif just won’t cut it?
Enter Everleaf. Everleaf is an award-winning non-alcoholic aperitif that creates the best-tasting non-alcoholic cocktails. A delicate blend of distilled botanicals derived from the natural world, Everleaf has been perfectly balanced to lend the very best flavour to your cocktails - especially Christmas cocktails.
As explained in their FAQs, Everleaf use a vegan, gluten-free formula (though some ingredients do come from facilities that also process gluten-containing ingredients). Everleaf drinks are also all blended and bottled in the UK.
A non-alcoholic spirit so good, it's won four awards

As well as this, in 2023, Everleaf achieved B Corp status – a milestone moment in recognition of the brand’s commitment to connect and collaborate with nature, not compete. Everleaf was also winner of The Spirits Business Ethical Award 2023 in recognition of its commitment to sustainable practices.

What’s the story behind Everleaf?
Everleaf’s founder, Paul, spent most of his life surrounded by nature. A conservation biologist, he spent years observing the natural world, learning how best to interact with it. Paul would never force a solution onto an ecosystem but rather pose a question and give the natural world the space and conditions to tell him the answer.
Fast-forward a few years, and we now find Paul behind his own bar, this time listening to customers. He understands what makes them tick, the flavours that matter, and suggests the perfect liquid for their mood.
As a bartender, Paul was surrounded by some of the best spirits in the world. He knew what made them great and why. But if someone asked for a non-alcoholic recommendation, well, the answer wasn’t as easy. Which got him thinking. How could he create a non-alcoholic aperitif with all the depth and complexity of the finest drinks behind his bar? He knew nature would have the answer. And that’s how the spark for Everleaf began.
