The latest dream garden job to catch our eyes is a position at the three-Michelin star restaurant Noma in Copenhagen. No, it's not a sous-chef for the world renowned chef René Redzepi, who has a focus on foraging and re-interpretation of Nordic cuisine. It's actually as head gardener in their absolutely beautiful garden.
