What surprising botanical wonder is in this drink?
Its origins lie deep, deep in the ocean...

Kelp is a type of seaweed that is found deep in our world's oceans, often towering high above the sea floor in swaying forests that are straight out of a mystical fairy-tale. What benefits can you get from consuming kelp?
- A source of vitamins, minerals, fibre and protein
- Full of prebiotics for your gut health
- Its vitamin K helps bone mineralisation

What is Sea Buckthorn?
Sea Buckthorn is not a fellow ocean dweller, but grows on land. It is a thorny, thicket-forming shrub found along the east coast of England. In the autumn, bright orange berries flourish on its branches, with a beautifully tangy taste. Thrushes love to feast on them, and so do we.

Is there a miniature trio to test?
Born from the belief that being non-alcoholic shouldn’t mean compromising on taste, Everleaf was founded by a conservation biologist turned mixologist, who knows the world's plants - and exactly how to use them - making non-alcoholic aperitifs with nature's tastes, textures and aromas.
As explained in its FAQs, Everleaf uses a vegan, gluten-free formula (though some ingredients do come from facilities that also process gluten-containing ingredients). Everleaf drinks are also all blended and bottled in the UK.
What’s the story behind Everleaf?
Everleaf’s founder, Paul, spent most of his life surrounded by nature. A conservation biologist, he spent years observing the natural world, learning how best to interact with it. Paul would never force a solution onto an ecosystem but rather pose a question and give the natural world the space and conditions to tell him the answer.
Fast-forward a few years, and we now find Paul behind his own bar, this time listening to customers. He understands what makes them tick, the flavours that matter, and suggests the perfect liquid for their mood.

As a bartender, Paul was surrounded by some of the best spirits in the world. He knew what made them great and why. But if someone asked for a non-alcoholic recommendation, well, the answer wasn’t as easy. Which got him thinking. How could he create a non-alcoholic aperitif with all the depth and complexity of the finest drinks behind his bar? He knew nature would have the answer. And that’s how the spark for Everleaf began.
