Serenata flower deliveries: we reviewed the popular brand
Gardens Illustrated picks out garden furniture, tools and lifestyle items that we think are the best and most exciting, based on independent research and careful consideration. On some occasions we earn revenue if you click the links and buy the products. But this doesn’t affect what we choose to highlight and we will never let it bias our coverage.

Serenata flower deliveries: we reviewed the popular brand

Here's what we thought of the Serenata Flowers subscription model when we put it to the test.

Our rating

Our review
Serenata Flowers would make a good gift and the flowers have decent longevity. However the style is not to everyone’s taste with quite traditional arrangements. It is not clear where the flowers are grown or whether there is an attempt for them to be environmentally friendly, so for this reason we awarded three stars.

Pros:

Flowers lasted well, Well packaged

Cons:

Only a couple of flower varieties in the mix, Unclear where the flowers are grown

With over twenty years of experience selling flowers online, when you order from Serenata Flowers you can be sure that they know what they’re doing.

They have bouquet options for every occasion as well as letterbox-sized delivery options and subscriptions.

We tested out the Delight Subscription, which is their mid-range option priced at £39.99 per delivery. Here is our review of their subscription service.

Ordering

Ordering a subscription is very easy on Serenata Flowers. The website is sleek and a breeze to navigate with clearly labelled subscription options and payment plans.

When deciding on your subscription you can choose the first delivery date and the frequency with which you would like flowers delivered, which is very handy. There are three subscription options:

It is also easy to update the message, skip deliveries and to pause or cancel after the subscription has started. This is helpful if you know you'll be on holiday, or if you want to send flowers to someone a few times a year with different notes.

Delivery

The bouquet arrived really quickly after ordering which was great. Your first delivery comes with a free vase and each one comes with a card that tells you how to take care of your blooms.

Unboxing

All of the stems looked healthy and I couldn’t see any obvious problems with the bouquet. It fit nicely into one of my vases and needed no re-arranging.

The delivery was packaged with minimal plastic, which was a bonus.

The flowers

The flowers weren’t personally to my taste and I found the arrangement a little twee. However, the flowers lasted really well with no signs of looking sad after about five days.

After that I had to do a little editing and remove some spent stems here and there, particularly of the roses, a few of which went brown.

However, generally the bouquet lasted well and would be a popular style with a lot of people.
